Rights & takedown
Project B59 preserves historically significant material for research, scholarship, criticism, commentary, and documentation. Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners.
Some records contain preserved source copies so the historical record does not depend on an outside website remaining online, free to read, or unchanged. Source, authorship, publication information, retrieval details, and archival provenance are retained with each record whenever known.
If you are a rights holder, authorized representative, author, publisher, or other affected party and want a record reviewed, corrected, attributed differently, restricted, or removed, contact Project B59. Requests are reviewed record by record.
Request review or removal
Please include the B59 record ID or URL, your relationship to the material, and what action you are requesting.
Corrections
The same contact may be used for factual corrections, provenance corrections, attribution issues, broken links, or additional source material.
Archival status labels
Records may identify material as public domain, licensed, permission-based, preserved for research, or pending rights review. These labels describe Project B59's archival handling and are not claims that Project B59 owns the underlying work.
